Autumn Path
Oh, OK. I’ll do the year-end summary thing…
4,329 films were submitted to the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. This blog had 18,000 views in 2012. If each view were a film, this blog would power 4 Film Festivals
In 2012, there were 156 new posts, growing the total archive of this blog to 461 posts. There were 437pictures uploaded, taking up a total of 408 MB. That’s about a picture per day.
The busiest day of the year was March 22nd with574 views.
Where did they come from? Most visitors came from The United States. The United Kingdom & Canada were not far behind. There were 112 countries in all!
The most-commented post this year was Mushroom, which was one of my favorites as well.

Jealous, much better stats than my blog… But then again, I didn’t put as much into it except for the last 60 days or so.
Personally I find their stats suspect. About 2/3 of those photos I uploaded are to password-protected pages where I posted photos of portrait jobs for the customer to select favorites from. I find the total number of hits suspect as well. That’s an average of 115 views per new post, and I know that’s nowhere close. Even if you double the number of posts to include the previous 150 (because one can go back and view old posts, of course), that’s still about an average of 60 per post…not even close.
Eh, I admit those numbers impress me, but not as much as they would if I actually believed them :)
I am assuming none of these stats included view on your self hosted site?
I’ve always wondered how many people see my photos via FB/Twitter?RSS and never really come to the site. I know there are programs out there that track all of that, but I’ve never paid much attention to finding them.
Happy New Year to you, AJ!
beautiful Photo!!!
Thank you!
